Ariana was so warm and friendly! They gave us great tips and advice. The room was so clean and we loved the table and chair set in the room. A big thing was the bed-- so comfortable! Perhaps one of our favorite things about staying here was going and visiting them during the day at Bar Trevi! We will definitely stay here again when coming back to Rome.

Split level, hard to traverse apartment for my guest in his 70s. Water heater and shower not coordinated well. Hot water lasts approx. 2 minutes
