I liked that the owner left the keys with the front desk which made it easy for the guests. However, it appears that the guard on duty did not know that the keys were with them for safekeeping and it took a while for them to find the keys.
The owner is very accommodating.
When the guard on duty could not find the keys, he gave us multiple instructions - call the owner, go up to the sixth floor and check the key box. Perhaps something may be done to prevent such a thing from happening again.
I had to scrub the frying pan to be able to use it. The previous user did not remove the burnt food in the pan.
The top bed of the bunk bed was too close to the ceiling which made movement difficult and the cool air from the aircon hardly reached it.

Wonderful! The cleaned rubber slippers were provided. The two bedrooms were nice! The kitchen and living room were clean. They had appliances - refrigerator, microwave, hot kettle, television. Two bedrooms had the air conditions. Also , there were two electric fans. The bathroom was also clean. WiFi was very good!
Unfortunately, they did not have the washer and dryer machine, tissue paper and towel paper, refill plastic trash bag.

Close to downtown and restaurants. Clean, comfy, nice view from room. Top floor.
Small beds. Can be noisy.
