It was clean and well presented. Easy check in.

First of all the host did not respond to messages prior to our stay. We asked for a cot for our baby but it was ignored. We asked about late check out also ignored. We asked about early check in but again ignored. So communication was not good from the get go. The shower was temperamental, it would go hot and cold mid shower. We have a 4 month old baby so this was very bad. The shower drainage system isn’t great at all whilst showering the water would leave the shower area and flood the whole bathroom. We had to buy our own toilet paper as we were only given 2 for our whole stay, 7 people two bathrooms. The apartment does not get cleaned during the stay. The beds would move every time we sat/lay on them. We had to sleep with the baby in the bed as a cot was not provided but I would worry about the baby’s safety because the bed was very unstable. The neighbours were racist and unwelcoming. We were shouted at several times when using the lift by elderly neighbours when we were minding our own business, using the lift like any other person would. We checked out and were waiting quietly in the garden communal area for our taxi but the neighbours complained and wanted us out. We got told by the people managing the apartments that everyone was complaining about us. It was very racist and rude. It’s a shame that we left Italy on this sad note.
