Station To Station Rome Ensuite Rooms

We had a fantastic time in this apartment and are extremely happy with our choice! Right from the moment we walked in, we noticed that the place was exceptionally clean, tastefully decorated, and smelled fresh. It was clear that it is maintained with great care. The kitchen was extremely well-equipped – it had absolutely everything you could need (utensils, appliances, and amenities) to prepare a meal, which is a huge plus for longer stays. The hosts were incredibly kind, welcoming, and responsive. They gave us a warm welcome and helped us feel at home from the very first minute. The location of the apartment is perfect and highly convenient, especially if you are traveling. It is literally just meters away from the train station, which saved us a lot of time and hassle with luggage. On top of that, transportation to the airport is very easy, fast, and hassle-free. We would gladly stay here again and highly recommend this place to anyone looking for comfort and peace of mind!

The apartment contained everything we needed and was clean and comfortable. The hosts provided lots of helpful information and kindly let us keep our bags in the shared kitchen before and after check in/out although the cleaner wasn’t expecting our early arrival which caused some confusion. Being right next to the station means great transport links.

The host reassures you that the area is very safe, but large groups of people hang around right outside the front door drinking and smoking which feels intimidating whenever you enter or leave the property in the afternoon/evening, especially as the area feels quite run down and is covered in graffiti. It’s a shame as otherwise everything is great.

The location is the best and worst thing about the property. The ease of access to the train station is fantastic however, the crowd outside (getting drunk and smoking in such close quarters), the dirtiness of the area and all the graffiti on the building is extremely extremely off putting and unsettling. They warned us about this when providing the details for check in and it was really quite understated. We are from South Africa so not easily deterred by such environments and yet when my husband saw the building on arrival, he actually requested we leave and book another location as he questioned our safety.
