The location, and the water dispenser that is very helpful.
Sadly, we were not able to use the refrigerator because it’s a bit smelly, and have little roaches at the bottom, and some on the sink, and the shower wall near the lavatory.

Everything!!! This is the property that gives the best value for your money
Very good layout of the room, esthetics is simple yet looked elegant. Everything is functioning well and kept clean. Mica is easy to talk to and very helpful

The water filter, washing machine, Netflix in tv and its location near MOA Arena overall good facilities. Ms. Manolita was very nice and hands on, I really appreciated the stay I had, there was coffee and amenities were complete and it was comfortable. Will definitely book again if I need to be near the arena.
For the first night I saw little cockroaches maybe because it was vacant irdk or the previous tenant had food I don’t know. But they were gone the next day.
