Everything was perfect, the property is very modern, complete with all appliances, dishwasher and washer included. 2 AC units made easy to make it comfortable. The fact that parking was available on property was a welcome plus. Yes, it was an extra cost but the peace of mind was immense.. it was close to restaurants, pharmacy, grocery, metro to avoid using the car to visit Lisbon. All our boxes were checked, and then some.

You are above a bar, as we saw. It might be a little noisy for some on the weekends. The solid shutters helped a lot. It does use digital entry. This might be an issue for people less comfortable such apps.

Such a comfortable bed. Amazing shower. Lovely and spacious. Well equipped.

Noise at night. Gosh! Almost like a neighbour spent the night moving furniture around. And constant hammering! But the worst part was gaining access. They use a guest app. Oh! My word! I'm not technically minded, I hate technology - so this was a real challenge for me. Would be much happier with a lock box and code. Also the number of emails, just too many. I'm on holiday and don't want to have to read a number of emails. Despite all of that I highly recommend this accommodation.

The apartment was very clean, with a sufficient amount of kitchenware and bed linen, all of which was also very clean.

The hotel uses a mobile app-based access system to open the entrance door. Apparently, the IT team has not fully resolved all the issues with this system, as even after 30 minutes, the app still did not work to open our door. Moreover, there was no ventilation in the small lobby near the elevator on our floor, and we almost felt suffocated while repeatedly trying to get into the apartment. We called customer support, where we were told that they would send us a link to the app and that everything would then work. However, when this did not happen, we were unable to reach support again, as they simply stopped answering our calls. We were eventually rescued by a staff member who came to our apartment and opened the door using his own app. After that, we used a regular key card to open the door, which was already available in the apartment. The bathroom could also use some basic hooks for towels, especially considering that there were three of us staying in the apartment. However, the main source of discomfort was the constant and significant noise from the construction site next door and the bar on the ground floor, particularly from the afternoon until late in the evening. Something should also be done about the exit from the garage: even an empty car inevitably scrapes its undercarriage against the raised section at the exit to the street. The construction work next door will eventually be completed, and the noise will become less of an issue. However, the bar on the ground floor will remain. If you improve the mobile app or simply provide guests with physical key cards, you will already resolve a significant part of the problem. Perhaps this issue does not affect iOS users, but I have an Android device, and the app does not work even after following all the instructions provided by your support representative.

It was clean upon arrival but there was no bedding g for the sofa bed until the following day, at least 2weeks prior to we asked there to be no pork in the breakfast boxes and they gave us pork. They offerd a refund but it’s been nearly a month and still no refund. Also the cleaner didn’t come every day and when she did she did the bare minimum it’s a wonderful location but I wouldn’t stay there again

The cleanliness and the appliances didn’t come with instructions so it was hard to use them
