Great communication. Great location, very close to Panmure Interchange. Clear instructions about how to get keys. First impressions very good. Clean, compact. Excellent shower, both pressure and temperature. 2 queensized beds. Decent sized TV.
Was disappointed with the bed....much much too firm. Although the mattress was thick it felt like only 4-5cm making sleeping, especially on my side, uncomfortable.
It would have been useful if there was a note somewhere about the motorised blind. Didn't discover it until the 2nd night!

Amenities a plenty (incl washer/dryer).
Kitchen not cleaned properly on arrival (but everywhere else spotless). Beds are hard (I like firm, but this is HARD).

Everything was very nice and clean.
The beds were very very hard. Felt like I was sleeping on the floor & frame is very flimsy. Was worried to move incase legs would give out. Bit loud with traffic
