I really liked that it had self check-in using a smart lock, and the host was very supportive remotely. The room was clean, and when I entered the apartment, relaxing music was playing on the TV, it really helped me unwind after a busy day in Riyadh. You can also find a small fridge, a microwave, and a boiler with basic cutlery and cups, which makes the stay even more convenient. Just 50 meters from the building on the same sidewalk, there’s a small grocery shop that’s quite handy.
What I didn’t like was that the bed sheets were polyester, so even with the AC on, they weren’t very comfortable and I found myself sweating. The towel provided was a disposable type, which I didn’t really like. Also, in some areas, there were visible wires for no apparent reason. The windows were small and hidden behind large curtains, so there wasn’t much of a view. I also struggled a bit to turn the AC on and off using the single remote provided, but eventually I got used to it.
