I loved the amenities with dishwasher and washing machine. The suite was spacious and well supplied. The location was fantastic. Close to all the sites and the metro.
There are a lot of stairs (over 75) but it worked for us. Important to be aware of if you have limited mobility.

This was great apartment near the Santa Maria Novella train station and central to all the sites. We found plenty of places to eat and get gelato of course. Cosimo was a great host and very communicative from the start to the end of our stay. The apartment was comfortable for a family of 4, 2 adults and 2 kids. I loved waking up and listening to the bells in the morning.
We did have to run the a/c a lot as it was hot. Thank goodness for it and the two fans at the apartment. There are a lot of stairs leading to the apartment, but I knew this going in!

Location, close to everything. Spacious and clean. Very good sofa bed. Beautifully decorated. Up and down the stairs for daily exercises.
