Fabulous location, just 300m from Lamarck-Caulaincourt metro station and easy to find. A well appointed modern apartment with a nice kitchen well stocked with everything you need to self-cater. Bonus - a Nespresso machine. Lots of personal touches such as board games, travel books, a sewing kit - so thoughtful. Very close to lovely cafes and a supermarket. You really felt like you were living like a local in Paris when staying here. Easy to walk to Sacre Coeur Basilica and the attractions of Montmartre. A bit hilly and lots of flights of steps in this area but that is to be expected. Area around the apartment is quiet at night but well lit and there's not a lot of traffic to interrupt your sleep after a long day of sightseeing. Host very prompt with communication. Would stay again without question, just wish it had had a balcony and a bit more natural light.

There's not a lot of natural light. One of the bedrooms is in the basement down steep stairs, so okay for our group of young adults but would not suit families with kids under mid-teens. No light in basement and light in main part of apartment is only available when shutter roller door at front is open (and this must be closed at night and when you leave the apartment during the day). The washer is great but would have been great if it had been a washer dryer - the apartment sleeps 5, but with 5 people and 5 suitcases there is not a lot of room to be putting up the provided clothes airer. Bathroom drains were a bit smelly but you are in a very old area of Paris so not unexpected!

Easy check in, comfortable beds, kind host

the windows are blocked off, so there’s no sunshine in the apartment

Fajna lokalizacja, blisko do Metra i do sklepów spożywczych.
