Very central, 10 minute walk from train. Shopping centre, Tesco, pubs & coffee shops and bakers on doorstep. Everything felt fresh & clean in flat. Communication was great. Thank you!

Was initially a bit daunted by the entrance/ steps but flat itself is lovely & everyone we met very friendly.

Wasn't a B+B - a flat.

Communication from the landlord. Because he didn't follow up with his promise to send us details, of where/how to pick up the keys, where were unable to enter the flat. We had no access to a phone, or email either, so ended up having to borrow a phone from a stranger in a pub!! Then, guess what, initially the landlord offered to email us the instructions - dah!!!! Once inside, there were no instructions on how to operate the heating and other appliances.

It was nice to have a welcome pack and supplies of tea and coffee provided. City centre location. The flat was well equipped with everything we needed.

The bedding could be refrehed......the beds needed new duvet and new pillows.

The location was perfect for traveling around Perth. Comftable living room. Being a flat it had quiet neighbours. Had no complaints. well equipped kitchen.

There was nothing not to like.
