Beautiful views and comfy beds - felt much more cosy than had expected from photos, a great host and peaceful location, but just next to ferry and steam train, plus easy parking too.
Only the stairs - very steep to the top bedroom, especially for someone to pop to the loo in the night, but a minor point and bannister and rails all provided.

Stunning location, cottage has everything you need and is very comfortable.
Garden very small, not as it appears in the photos and not attached to house so not doggy friendly

Fabulous Location, great views, well appointed property
Couple of fans would be good to cool the bedrooms - top bedroom was particularly warm. EV drivers beware there are no high-speed charging points in Kingswear (nearest in Paignton).
