Great location right across the road from a tram stop. On street parking available round the corner as well as car park nearby.
Host was lovely - if you’re looking for the Ritz this isn’t it but a classic, comfy, beachfront base for exploring Blackpool :)
I’d like to see the wee roof spaces outside the windows tidied up a bit - easy fix!

Location is excellent and nice bonus to be able to get our subscriptions on the tv
Stairs to the top floor are a killer and the decor is a bit outdated but it didn’t make any difference to our stay

Our host Claire was so lovely and welcoming even offered to help carry our bags to our room.
The hotel was immaculately clean and cosy.
Our hotel room was brilliant, very comfortable clean bed. The bathroom was spotless. The room even had a fridge!
The location of this place was excellent opposite the sandcastle, pier and the beach !!!
