Clean, accessible easily, close to everything, had everything we needed.
The AC in the living room did not work much. But nothing that impacted our stay dramatically. Easy fix.

My fiancé and I had an amazing time at Cocoa Beach! We have never been here before and enjoyed every bit of it. The little cottage was absolutely perfect for the two of us and not to mentioned everything we could possibly need was already thought of! You guys are excellent hosts we will definitely recommend your cottage and be back in the future!!
