Location and all facilities
Personally nothing but visitors do need to be aware there are quite a few outside steps to get into the property. This was not a problem for our family.

Beautiful location
It was very hot when we stayed and cooled via the doors and windows being open.

Amazing location right by the harbour and the steam railway. Two sort of covered balconies with views over the water. Absolutely loved it. Would live there if I could!
It would be helpful to have separate containers set up to sort the recycling in the flat but that's a suggestion not a complaint.
