Wilpattu Greenheart Resort

A wonderful and convenient stay near Wilpattu We had a wonderful stay at this property, especially because of its excellent location close to the Wilpattu National Park entrance. It was very convenient for our safari, allowing us to start our day easily without a long journey. The staff and owner were extremely friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. We really appreciated their flexibility and willingness to accommodate our needs. They kindly arranged breakfast and lunch for us to take along for our safari, which made the whole experience much easier and more enjoyable. One of the things we appreciated most was their thoughtful hospitality after the safari. As we were heading straight back home after our safari, they kindly offered us a place to have a shower and freshen up before our journey. This was such a thoughtful gesture and showed how much they genuinely cared about their guests. Overall, a lovely experience with friendly people, great hospitality, and a very convenient location for visiting Wilpattu. We would definitely recommend this place to anyone planning a Wilpattu safari.

The water pressure in the shower could be improved for a more comfortable experience.

We loved our stay here because it felt like home. The hostesses provided excellent service, even taking us to see elephants by the river. They also arranged our safari for the following day. Nothing was a problem. The dinner was truly tasty and fresh. The room had air conditioning and was an excellent size. It was really comfortable, and included a kettle to make tea. The garden view is very soothing. We would have loved to stay longer, but were time poor. We would love to return here in future.

The only down side was the wifi was not super reliable, but this was not too much of a problem.

Big rooms for family of 4. Modern and design bathroom. Very clean and brand new. The safari they organised was good with very good food! Was able to pay via wire transfer.

Staff almost don't speak English and the restaurant area can be more cosy but they work on that. But food was delicious.
