We stayed for 4 nights at FortuNorth. We had a very comfortable and great time. The staff was professional and caring. The rooms were nicely furnished and clean. The view of the Shigar valley from the property was amazing. The variety of facilities were also abundant. My father was along with us and due to his health he stayed at the hotel alone during the day and the staff was very respectful and helpful in taking his care while we were away. This was very supporting for our vacation. Overall highly recommended for everyone!
Everything was absolutely great for us however for other visitors I must highlight, there was a lack of nearby markets or restaurants. So the food option is limited to the restaurant in the hotel which wasnt that great compared to the 5 star image of the hotel. If anyone wants to enjoy variety of local food and also do some shopping they should have a good private transport and must have ample time as the good restaurants and shopping options are in Skardu city which is roughly 1 hour away from the Hotel.

The breathtaking view from the property makes it a must-visit.
Everything was amazing. We absolutely loved the property. Its beautiful location in the heart of the mountains was a huge plus.

the breakfast was not very lavish, they pretty much had all the basic things. i suggest they can put up automatic bread toasters, however, the staff was very cordial and went extra mile to make us feel comfortable. The hotel drivers were very friendly, they are your local tour guides.
one thing worth considering is to provide more water bottles in the rooms. we were charged for extra water.

The river view.
Food was way too expensive as compared to taste.
