Good location close to shops and canal
Comfortable
Plenty of space
Well equipped kitchen with basic essentials, tea and coffee and some snacks
Great bathroom
I found the stairs steep, but that is very common in the Netherlands, and I am not young.
I would have liked to have at least a little personal contact, to have met the host.

Sehr zentrale Lage. Parken kostenlos. Supermarkt, Bäcker und Bushaltestelle nach Utrecht im wenigen Minuten fußläufig erreichbar.
Das man die Zimmer nicht komplett abdunkeln konnte.

This is a well appointed apartment in central Maarasen Dorp. Its was a 2 minute walk to the shops, restaurants and the bus to the train station. The kitchen almost had everything you needed and the beds were comfortable. The bathroom had been done up very nice and it was great to have a bath. The area is quiet and lovely, all the locals we met were suprised we were staying there.
Just be aware the stairs to get into the apartment and the ones to the second floor are very steep. The pillows weren't great and a microwave would have completed the kitchen to save using the oven.
One point to mention is the blinds in the bedrooms. Completely the wrong type of blind when the windows open inwards. They do not block out the light at all so its very bright at 6am in the summer. Curtains would be much better to ensure a restful sleep during long days.

Es war sehr nett eingerichtet und das Einchecken hat gut geklappt.
Das Badezimmer hat nach Abfluss gerochen.

"The apartment was perfectly clean, the bedding, the bathroom towels, everything was very nice and the host put a lot of care into preparing the amenities. The lockbox was a little bit hard to find in ..."
