"Designer appartment", modern and sophisticated. Good location, since you are in the Abando area (sort of upmarket) but close to Zabalburu, and you can easily walk to the historic centre

Absence of lock for the toilet/shower area (depending on who you are with it may or may not matter)

Lindo, completo, ubicación. Personal amable

No funcionaba el ascensor. El acceso al baño era medio incómodo. Dos puertas, el vestidor incluido.

Design and location was good

Unfortunately not a great stay; Check-in delays: The key handover was 35 minutes late. We had to wait on the street with our luggage and three-year-old daughter because the management office was "very busy." Severe noise: Single-glazed windows let in street noise, but the biggest issue was the upstairs neighbor playing a loud TV from midnight into the early hours on weekdays. It woke us up even with earplugs. I complained to management, but they did not resolve it. Accessibility issues: The lift did not work for our floor, forcing us to carry our luggage and a pram up three flights of stairs daily. Missing amenities: Potential guests should be aware that there is no washing machine on the property.
