Very clean and new. Breakfast was good, juice, coffee, scrambled eggs & sausage along with waffles, cereal, yogurt and fruit. We didn’t use pool or hot tub but they looked good. Plenty of parking.

I was a little uneasy not having a person at checkout, but by time I got home I had my receipt so it was ok
