Wish we could’ve stayed longer! A unique experience staying in a converted shepherds hut, now the honeymoon suite- beautifully converted with plunge pool & the most stunning 360 degree views- also from the shower! So peaceful & tranquil,The owners of Le Petit Karoo really went the extra mile to make us feel welcome. Beautiful dinner. Amazing value for money & would 100% recommend. Thanks Tracy & Karen, hope to see you again.

Le Petit Karoo is a beautiful getaway in the hills north of Oudtshoorn, a definite recommendation for anyone traversing the Garden Route. Combined with a Route 62 drive, this provides the perfect counterweight to the coastal drives. Add in a drive through the Merringspoort pass - stunning!
The relaxed vibe at Le Petit Karoo, complemented by the excellent meals prepared by Tracy, Karen and their team makes this your definite Klein Karoo base. Hope you enjoy it as much as we did.

We were in the tent and it was super comfortable! The area is amazing. The owners are very welcoming and the meals are outstanding. No complaints!! Pity we only stayed overnight!
