8 / 10Eccellente·mar 2026

The unit was comfortable, well-equipped and clean, except for some paint and wall debris at the primary BR window, probably due to water damage. It was conveniently located only 1 mile from Boston Children's Hospital, the reason for our stay. Communication with the hosts was good. Our major issue was with internet connectivity which, though advertised, was not available due to faulty equipment - a serious problem for us as we both work remotely, and have a number of items urgently requiring wifi. The host agreed to reimburse us for Xfinity wifi passes, but it added significant time and stress, both on the front and the back end of our stay. Once this was resolved, this unit was great for our family.

Excellent location - easy walk to Commonwealth and Beacon Ave, in a pleasant, quiet neighborhood. The unit had all the basics. The two bedrooms and 1-1/2 bath setup worked great for a couple and a single, allowing plenty of privacy and shared space. The building is occupied mainly by students from BU, with lots of comings and goings; however, we were never disturbed by noise. We would stay here again. Excellent value for the amount of space and the location.
