Great apartment right next to Marché Jean-Talon! Very comfortable, very clean, and within walking distance of restaurants, bars, shops, Parc Jarry, and the Metro. Highly recommend!

Everything was super clean, bright and new. And very warm! The host provided nice touches like laundry detergent pods for the washing machine and a hot water pot to make tea. The bed was super comfortable & there were enough chairs/tables to have room for everyone to sit. The neighborhood is wonderful, with Jean Talon market right behind the building. nice touch - when I entered, the TV was on playing soft music with a video of a cabin in the woods with a fire going - very welcoming. This studio is a quiet, warm sanctuary next to a bakery and a bookshop.

I recently stayed at this Montreal apartment and had a mostly positive experience with a few minor issues.The location was excellent. The apartment is within walking distance of Jean Talon Market and close to Metro stations, which made it easy to explore the city. This convenience was the highlight of our stay.The apartment was well-equipped and felt complete. Everything I needed was there, and the space was thoughtfully set up. It felt like a real home rather than just a rental. However, there were a few problems. The apartment didn't have ice trays, which was inconvenient, especially during warm weather when we wanted cold drinks. The bathroom sink also drained very slowly, so water would pool up and take a long time to empty. This made my bathroom visits longer than expected.As a first time user, I found communicating rough VRBO confusing. When I booked the apartment through their site, I was pushed into buying damage insurance I clearly didn't need. The platform disguised this as protection, but the process felt undeniably coercive. Everything was exactly as pictured and described. Clean and well decorated, stocked with everything you could need. Was surprisingly really quiet! Metro, marche and shopping all within walking distance. And the patisserie down below was magnifique! I was sad to leave. Would definitely recommend!
