It was such a nice stay. I stayed for another month.

I had a great stay! The host was welcoming and made everything so easy from start to finish. I was impressed by how clean the room was, it felt fresh, and the bed was so comfortable that I got a good night's sleep every night.A big feature of the guesthouse is that it is detached from the main house with no shared walls, which provided a great sense of privacy and quiet. Also the fact that I may be quite loud at times made the no commonly shared walls a bonus. The setup is also good for traveling with animals. The space is completely pet friendly.I loved getting access to both a nicely equipped indoor kitchenette and a nice outside kitchen area complete with a sink. Another plus was the bathroom. The toilet with a spray bidet was a great touch for cleanliness, and the soft water from the faucet and shower was a total game changer, leaving my hair and skin feeling refreshed. Having a tankless water heater was a big benefit for endless hot water, though the handle was a little sensitive. I just had to tap the water handle to get the temperature just right. Just be aware that you need to tap it and lower the amount of flow to get it at the temperature you want. Once you get it at the right spot, your shower is golden.The location felt very safe, and it’s super convenient with a Ralph’s and Grocery Outlet just a couple of streets down on Foothill. I’d definitely stay here again!

I had the pleasure of staying @ this lovely property for 2 months, and I will always have great memories of it. It was so peaceful and quiet, and I truly enjoyed my time there. You see, I sold my house in LA, and needed a place to stay with my 3 cats, before I return home to Singapore. This studio apartment is conveniently located, with a Ralphs and CVS within walking distance, plus a nice cafe (Yi's cafe) nearby that serves up tasty coffee and 10 Hainan Chicken Rice. It is also close to The Shops @ Santa Anita - which features 99 Ranch Market, Din Tai Fung, Kinokuniya, Dave and Busters and AMC Theater. It is also very close to some affordable Michelin star restaurants (Bisto Na's and Lao Xi Noodles). If you love nature, there are some excellent hiking trails nearby, including the extremely charismatic Monrovia Waterfalls trail. This location truly cannot be beat! On top of that, this place also has some unexpected amenities. It features a water softener system, which is a godsend - my hair and skin has never felt so soft. The bathroom also has a washlet (AKA South Park toilet bowl for the uninitiated). That thing is amazing - I love it so much! There is a lovely outdoor cooking area, with a range, a grill and a sink - this is great because I like to cook my own meals from scratch. The TV works great and the wifi is fast and dependable. The hosts are low key but extremely gracious and responsive. I highly recommend this place, and I would like to thank my hosts

Nice peacefull space. The parking is inconvenient for a bigger car but okay for a small one. No kitchen inside. Couldn't cook anything. It was a sink and a small gas stove outside in the yard but it was very dirty around them. Only one small room and a bathroom. Everything was sparkling clean inside. Overall impression is not bad. The price is okay.
