Family friendly; engaged host; clean; quiet neighborhood; close to downtown Edmonds, light rail (9 minutes by car), I-5, and Seattle; grocery stories close by.

loved the walking proximity to the park and the short drive to the beach. We used to live in the area years ago, so it was fun to use this house as a home base while revisiting all our familiar favorite spots. The house itself was clean, updated, and the three bedrooms were all a great size. A fun bonus was the extra kids’ toys and books, which our family really appreciated. One thing that stood out was how incredibly well-stocked the kitchen was. It honestly had one of the best-equipped kitchens we’ve seen in a vacation rental, complete with stainless steel pans, wooden utensils, and just about anything you could need for cooking. Nothing felt overlooked — it was clear the hosts paid close attention to every detail.

Enjoyed our stay. Felt like a home.Close to our family event in downtown Edmonds. Comfortable beds. We had a 6 adults so the top bunk was not optimal.
