The host was very responsive and welcoming. He worked around our arrival time to meet us at the property and explain everything about it.
Everything was great!

We had a wonderful stay! The location is fantastic, right in the heart of Covent Garden, with everything within easy reach and the Tube just a short walk away. The apartment was very clean, bright and airy, making it a lovely place to return to after a long day exploring London. Our host was also very accommodating and flexible with our check-in and check-out arrangements, which we really appreciated. We would happily stay here again!
Nothing major, but the soundproofing could be better, as we could occasionally hear other residents coming and going or talking in the building. The apartment is also two floors up with no lift, which might be a little challenging with heavy luggage. Neither was a significant issue for us, though, and neither affected our overall experience.

Very central to everything. Cosy and clean.
The stairs. It’s just hard with luggage but doable.

Well located in the heart of Covent Garden.
No heat or hot water for the first day of our stay. Urgently needs renovation and thorough cleaning to justify the price.
