Very clean and accommodating. They originally put us in the wrong room and quickly made it right. They were easily accessible by phone and the app but there is no one on property when we arrived, nor anyone there when we checked out. Lovely morning spread of coffee juice and pastries/yogurt.
The beds and pillows were incredibly hard. The smaller single bed in the triple room was too hard to sleep on. This may be just how it is in this region but it was extremely uncomfortable if you are not used to very firm mattresses/pillows. Only blankets were sheets and a throw. There was no bedside night lamps.

It was extremely helpful to me that I could store my luggage on my arrival and departure days. Thank you! The room was very nice, and one minor detail that I really loved was that there was a screen on the window so that I could have fresh air without bugs, unlike elsewhere I have stayed in Italy on this trip.

Location was excellent, very clean and staff was super nice!
AC unit did not stay on throughout the night so we would wake up 2-3 times to turn it back on.

Hotel / guesthouse is in a good location - a short walk into the city centre along the river. Room was nice, well presented with a comfy bed.
Breakfast was a pretty basic affair with limited options. Unfortunately we stayed at a room at the front of the guesthouse overlooking the main street. There is a nightclub nearby and we were awake for 3 to 4 hours each night as drunken revellers passed screaming at the top of their lungs. Make sure you request a room not overlooking the street if you stay at this property.
