La situation géographique et le parking sont un vrai plus.

Le manque de vaisselle mais pas trop important.

Excellent location. Lounge and kitchen quite good.

The shower tray was painted over and wearing off. Toilet seat loose and toilet brush no handle. Wardrobe in 1 room was hanging off and had a bad attempt at a repair. Pillows were badly stained and very thin, mattress protector was grubby and and had hairs on it. Plug in kitchen was broken and left out . Washing up liquid and liquid soap was watered down.

Balcony was a nice addition.

Location felt unsafe. Building exterior and lobby area lacked maintenance.

The location is great.

Unfortunately the house was not very clean. Dishes have to be washed by hand and the previous visitors did not do a good job. This was obviously not checked by the cleaning crew. In addition there were crumbs on the floor in front of the sofa and mold in the single bathroom. The toilet brush as well as the kitchen sponge were disgusting. The sponge was replaced after we notified the landlord. The yellow armchair was stained. According to the pictures we expected the flat in a better condition. The value was not quite met- regarding the price we paid for four days we expect the flat to be in better shape. Also the TV did not work.
