Lovely feel , clean , rooms were beautiful

Hairdryer in the room , kept overheating they need better quality, everything else was amazing

The whole premisses was great. We did have problens with and Uber that couldn't find the hotel ,they charged us just the same, they never came, we waited an waited. I know this is not an hotel problem but the staff should know this could happen to other guest. TV was not so good, hard to find the news. the second day we couldn't find the remote. Loved the balcony and the size of the room, we couldhave several suitcases open at the same time, this allowed us to repack quickly and efficiently.

I think you need a concierge. For first time tourist it would be very, very helpful. The visiting is a bit complicated, didn't know sunday all was going to be closed, we took the bus one day and it was much more convenient and cheaper than taxis, that should be explained by the concierge. Also, restaurant recommendations, we wanted to do some wine tasting and we couldn't figure out how or where. Also, I wanted to by some Croatian yarn and couldn't find a place that sells yarn at all!!!. Having a concierge would had been incredibly helpful to us.

Lovely new rooms, excellent breakfast buffet. Great location around the corner from the promenade and a block from the bus to the Old city.
