EA Hotel Moment Self Check-In

V hotelu popáté, a má to samozřejmě své důvody. Začal mi vyhovovat self-checking (pamatuju si, že poprvé se mi to až tak skvělé nezdálo). Vždy mne okouzlí nespresso na pokoji s 6 připravenými kapslemi. Pokoje jsem zkusil různé, bez překvapení se mi nejvíce líbily velké pokoje, ale designové pojetí všech pokojů je jednotné. Specifickou pochvalu si myslím zaslouží i kvalitní ručníky a pak tedy v tomto hotelu "samozřejmost" - čistota (technicky je podpořeno způsobem, jakým jsou řešeny podlahy a úložné plochy).

Ve své kategorii 4* self-check se jedná o dokonalý počin. Možná bych přivítal ve sdílených prostorách nějaký automat na pochutiny:-).

A good place to stay, very close to the inner city. Self check in. Coffee in the room. Good breakfast. Clean room - view wasn’t that much/good but we were not there for standing in front of it 😁

Extremely clean room. Shower was incredible. Location great, and only a few minutes' walk from the airport bus stop.

There's two things that I didn't like about this place, and would put me off from staying here again: 1. You're meant to receive a code on your check-in day to access the building/ your room. This wasn't ever sent through, even though I had completed all online check-in steps in advance (and received email confirmation that I had done so). I sent the hotel three separate messages to let them know that I hadn't received the code, and could they please send it. I didn't get a single reply to any message. Eventually, not long before midnight on the check-in day, I got through to someone on the phone who told me that we'd need to walk to their sister hotel to check in. No apology or explanation for not sending the code. The sister hotel is on the same street and only about 200m away so not exactly far, but it was an additional worry that I didn't need, and didn't exactly get the stay off to a great start. 2. I was travelling to Prague with my teenage son and booked this hotel specifically because the room was meant to have a king bed and a separate sofa bed. After eventually checking in to the room, it turns out that the 'sofa bed' is actually just an armchair that hadn't been made up into a sofa bed, and there wasn't any extra bed linen available so that I could make it up myself. I think if you're booking a room that says it has a bed as well as a sofa bed, the sofa bed should be ready to use (or there should be linen available so that you can do so). By the time we checked in it was 3am and we just wanted to go to bed, but instead I had to go back out of the hotel and down the street to speak to the man at the reception of the sister hotel. I was told that no rooms had any made-up sofa beds and that could only be fixed the next day. This whole experience really put a downer on our stay and caused unnecessary stress.
