Exquisite place. Peaceful, clean, generous and tasty breakfast, refrigerator available, as are coffee and tea in the main kitchen area. (None in your room). A little far from the center but nice to be in a residential neighborhood. It’s obvious the owners take great pride in their guesthouse.
The biggest/only drawback was lack of air. Interior window opened onto a balcony that had just one window so hard to get cool evening air. Forced to use the VERY quiet a/c unit.

С учетом колоссальных пробок в городе, расположение отличное, везде можно добраться пешком. Очень чистый, уютный гостевой дом. Хозяева заслуживают отдельной похвалы!!! Уйти от козенного названия Отель, и формального отношения это 5 из 5. Создать атмосферу уюта, домашнего уюта, это просто супер!!!! Чуткое и внимательное отношение к гостям в любых мелочах. Шикарные завтраки!!!!
В общем огромное спасибо, приеду еще!!!

The hostess is a wonderfully helpful and friendly person. The morning I left, I let her know I would be leaving before breakfast time. She insisted on making breakfast just for me before I left. She'll go all out to help you. The room is comfortable and quiet.
