Amazing location, easy to walk to many of the places we wanted to go. Easy access to trains and buses, food, etc. Weather was quite warm so the fans and air-conditioning were great. We are only a family of 3 so the small apartment suited us.

Lots of street and pub/bar noise, well into the night/morning, even during the week. Kitchen lacked full set of plates, mugs and glassware. A few DIY repairs which we had to adjust and keep maintaining. Upstairs bedroom didn't have a window so was very dark, even during the day.

Insgesamt hatten wir einen guten Aufenthalt. Die Zimmer sind geräumig genug und bieten gute Möglichkeiten, Kleider und Gepäck ordentlich zu verstauen. Das Bad war sauber, die Dusche angenehm und auch die Küche ist gut ausgestattet – inklusive Nespresso-Maschine ☕. Die Möbel sind eher zweckmässig als besonders hochwertig, erfüllen aber absolut ihren Zweck. Ein grosses Plus ist definitiv die Lage: Musicals, Restaurants und das Nachtleben sind schnell erreichbar. Auch der Self-Check-in verlief absolut reibungslos, unkompliziert und war gut organisiert.

Im unteren Schlafzimmer kann es nachts wirklich sehr laut werden. Teilweise klang es, als würden die Leute direkt nebenan feiern. Mit Ohrenpfropfen war es für uns jedoch besser. Das Zimmer im Obergeschoss wird zudem recht heiss. Die Klimaanlage hilft zwar, kann aber nicht sinnvoll weiterlaufen, wenn man die Unterkunft verlässt, da dafür die Terrassentür geöffnet sein muss. Die Kommunikation funktionierte grundsätzlich gut und zuverlässig, wirkte allerdings eher administrativ und wenig persönlich.

Die Lage ist unübertrefflich!

Es fanden Arbeiten auf dem Dach statt, die Bauarbeiter starteten um 8.00h morgens und liefen um das Apartment rum.

Ok let’s star with the positive things, the apartment in good condition and clean, the beds are nice comfortable. after you pass by the area full of working girls next to the streptease bar and climb up 80 stairs.

Stairs- 86 stairs , keep it on your mind . Lot of stairs. Area- yes it’s central but…. If you come as family… there is a striptease bar “biggest”, and some working girls on the street. Sex shop, and womanizer shop. We came(with two young daughters )0400 clock in the morning from the airport , when police outside asking if there is anything they can help… Yes the keys are 6 min walking away at night time. Communication- after we had flight delay we knew 20 days before arrival (free cancellation period time) we asked to arrive day later , we have been refused , asked to cancel the whole 8 nights . So we ended up with two young girls 0400 morning walking through working girls , men’s asking how much… very unpleasant vibe , and police man was surprised what are we doing on the street. So not recommended to arrive here those hours. Woke up- was no water because of water construction, which was known and planned just the flat manager forgot to let us know. Only sms communication(eSIM does not work) with them , they have no WhatsApp communications. Noise- yes it is noise. Especially on weekends.photos from the window and entrance . No towel change for 8 night….only if you add fee… No air condition although it is written in facilities.
