The wonderful view, the comfortable bedding, the terrace, the jacuzzi.

Access to the house is via a very high stone stair.

The villa is even more beautiful than the pictures. It has everything you need and the view is absolutely breathtaking! The host, Marinella, was always kind and helped us with everything we needed. I truly recommend staying at this villa for a one of a kind experience.

Helpful to accommodate us at a later hour, greeting package and the sea view is beautiful, but unfortunately, a nice view cannot compensate for the total lack of hygiene, broken amenities, and hostile management.

False Advertising & Broken Amenities: The jacuzzi—a major selling point of the villa—was broken from day one. The assistant promised to fix it but completely ignored us for the rest of our stay. The host later tried to claim it wasn't an important amenity for this time of year. No Hot Water for 6 People: The villa is advertised for a capacity of 6 guests, but the hot water runs out completely after only 2 people take a quick shower. The remaining 4 guests had to shower with freezing cold water every single day. This severe restriction is not stated anywhere on the listing. Terrible Cleanliness & Lack of Maintenance: The house was dirty upon arrival. One of the ensuite toilets was actively leaking, a bathroom faucet was leaking, a bedroom curtain had completely fallen off and was hidden inside a drawer, and one of the duvets was visibly dirty and smelled foul. Staff Harassment: The most shocking part occurred when I messaged the host about these issues. Instead of helping, the host's assistant called my personal phone number to aggressively scold and yell at me simply for using the official Booking.com chat to communicate our complaints. This behavior felt like pure harassment. Hostile Attitude: When we tried to share the issues,of the dirt and broken items, the host refused all accountability. Instead, she tried to guilt-trip us by bringing up our pre-approved late check-in and claiming we got a "preferential rate" to justify the unacceptable state of the property.
