Spacious house with mod cons for our use

Loved the decor, the space was great and beautiful/comfortable and the location was fantastic.

The backyard was a shambles, the furniture all over the place, plants all knocked over and could have been much better presented. Tap in bath was dripping constantly, couldn't turn it off any more than it was. There was blood on the sheets of the back bedroom bed. There was a bloody tissue next the bed of the front room and there were nuts between the couch sections. I did inform the owners but they have neglected to even respond. This was a let down considering they couldn't do early or late check in due to cleaners schedule, but it didn't seem at all like the cleaners were fully focused on doing their job. Such a shame because at first glance it was a lovely property and would highly recommend, but due to the above issues, I definitely wouldn't recommend or rebook.

Clean house. Excellent presentation. Locked garage. Comfortable lounge suite. Comfortable beds. Good heating. Quiet area. Good communication with host.

Appliances did not have Australian electrical plugs. Power point shortage in kitchen. One double Power Point not in use. Shower rose wobbly and loose in main bathroom. Some taps dripped.

Location was good if you have a car, size of the house was good, heating good, garage key/lock on front door arrangement good

All the unnecessary fake flowers and table arrangements. The pictures are not attached to the wall properly and easily fall off causing the guests anxiety. The tv in bedroom 2 didn't work properly. Inside the kitchen cupboards were a little dirty. The cutlery drawer arrangement is terrible. The garage should be empty of owners belongings. Bath tap in main bathroom is constantly dripping. Hot water runs out quickly. Cleaners didn't vacuum before our stay. There was a full broken Dorito chip on the carpet beside my bed when I arrived The cleaners blocked the driveway/garage when we arrived (at check in time) and weren't too clear about why there were there
