The location of this place is amazing - it's right near the circle, close to town. The instructions we got were clear and easy to follow, and having the apartment on the ground floor is helpful for accessibility needs. The apartment itself is beautifully decorated and has all the amenities you'd want. The beds are comfy and the en-suite and shower room are clean and modern.
The listing says that it has three beds but it's not obvious that the green foot-rest in the middle of the room is the sofa bed, not the sofa. Not a biggie but a bit confusing! Some pictures of this in the listing, or extra instructions, would be a great improvement.
The check in time of 4 and check out time of 10 feel a bit mean considering most other places would have a check in of 3 and a check out of at least 11, so bear this in mind.

Fantastic central location. Close to shops, restaurants and tourist attractions.
No parking but found a space outside to load and unload for a maximum of 2 hours. Scenic walk to a large long stay carpark was less than 10 minutes away.

Great location, good rate, and suited our needs perfectly. Good communication from the owner in advance with really easy to understand instructions on how to find and access the property
The second bedroom bed was quite low to the floor and very soft, which we struggled a bit with. There were complimentary biscuits by the fridge, which is a lovely touch, but they had a use by date three months prior to our stay

Superb location and beautifully furnished.
The entrance hallway (shared), is a bit grim and smelly.
It is smaller than the photos suggest.
