De plek. Zeker voor de biennale.
Oudbollig appartement. Zeer slechte pannen, is wel opgelost voor een beetje. Geen koffiezetapparaat wat wel in de omschrijving staat. Ook een klein apparaat gekregen. Was zeker niet schoon.

Definitely liked the apartment, we felt like home. The location is great, it's a 5 minute walk to Giardini. The area is not touristy, you can see how locals live. However, there are a lot of shops and restaurants nearby.
We are grateful to the owner who let us leave our luggage earlier than the check-in time. Another thing we appreciate is that we were allowed to check out later. It was crucial for us to be able to stay a bit longer as our elderly mother fell ill but our flight was in the evening.
Some visitors of the apartment have complained about an unpleasant smell from the bathroom. I guess it's not a problem of this apartment only but a general drainage system problem.
I would change a frying pan as the one we had looked disastrous, it's scratched and I wouldn't recommend using it.
The room where the kitchen is doesn't have air-conditioning, so our Mum got cold at night, and we had to keep the door to the bedroom open.

Die Lage ist optimal für die Biennale. Ruhig und entspannt.
Betten waren bequem. Der Kontakt zum Vermieter war hervorragend. Sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Gepäck konnte vorab abgestellt werden.
Muffiger Geruch, Bad und Küche renovierungsbedürftig. Sehr magere Küchenausstattung.
Schlafsofa unbequem.
