Felt like a uni dorm. Room was right beside the kitchen. People preparing food around 11 pm but it wasn’t loud or disturbing. I don’t have cable tv at home so that was a treat to watch TV. Great location! I was able to walk over to my son’s place and go out for dinner without having to drive anywhere. I’ll be back!
I wish the bed had a top sheet not only a duvet. Too hot with the duvet and I didn’t like the fan blowing directly on me without a sheet. Minor inconvenience and a first world problem. Meaning it didn’t adversely affect my stay.

There was no breakfast offered
It was very clean & comfortable. Even a fan in case it was a hot day.

This is fairly basic accommodation, and is accurately portrayed in the listing. Jason was available, polite and helpful in sorting out a booking confusion. The shared equipment was perfectly adequate, and the other clients were cooperative.
The listings in Booking.com did not make it clear which pictures applied to which of the four rooms. Because of that, I ended up booking a different room when I added a 3rd day to my stay. Despite my note when booking, Jason only realized that after my first night, but he pointed out the situation, and helped me move to the other room.
The listing should be clearer.
