I was there for 4 weeks. All issues was solved fast. (it was old matress and shower heater didnt work. but now they are just NEW! it feels perfect!). Its a good support form them, they will satisfy your needs on demand fast.
Really enjoyed my stay there. I can recomment it. (especially if you sleep well, no matter what happend around - like me)
sometimes you can hear music or motorbike from street. But its kinda 2-in-1: that location is the best in Mtwapa, and that kinda noise is a back side of being in the hart of Mtwapa). I can't complain on that, but you should know this fact.
