This apartment is as per the photos. The terrace is huge with lots of different views. The apartment was very clean and comfortable, with A/C in the main living room and also the bedroom. Location was also excellent, less than 5 minutes to Balcon and the same distance to the nearest beach. Communication with the property manager Elisabeth was excellent. The pool & surtounding area was spotlessly clean. We had no complaints about the apartment. There are some renovation works currently ongoing at the entrance to the building & on most of the floors of the building- nothing noisy or intrusive, just left the place looking dusty and untidy. Otherwise all perfect. Would absolutely recommend this apartment.

Nothing- it was perfect

Super beliggenhed tæt på strand, centrum og Balcon Europa. Flot udsigt over byen til bjergene og havet fra den store tagterrasse. Lejligheden var hyggelig og køkkenet var veludstyret. Godt med den hårde seng og mørlægningsgardiner. Badeværelse, og især bruseniche fungerede godt. Værten svarede hurtigt.

Eneste lille minus var den lugt der var i lejligheden da vi ankom. Det må have været noget rengøringsmiddel eller duftspray. Det var simpelthen forfærdeligt og værten bør få det stoppet.. Hvis man er sensitiv overfor dufte kan man simpelthen ikke være i lejligheden.

Sijainti keskeinen ja erinomainen. Sängyt olivat hyvät, samoin tilava kylpyhuone. Iso oma terassi oli ihana! Vuokrausfirma vastasi ripeästi kaikkiin kysymyksiimme.

Keittiö oli jo aika nuhjuinen ja osa astioista jo huonokuntoisia, lavuaarin hana oli lähes irti ja yksi epämääräisesti asennetuista työvaloista putosi työtasolle. TV:n kaukosäätimen patterit olivat vuotaneet kaukosäätimen sisällä, eikä säädin näinollen toiminut.
