Clean. Spacious. Comfortable

The property was amazing, but the major hassle that was forced upon us was not so amazing. Having to submit your picture holding your drivers license up, a picture of your drivers license, close-up, plus front and back pictures of your credit card with no numbers blocked, plus having a $500 damage deposit charge that won't drop off for two weeks. I mistakenly put my husband's name on the reservation and he put his back out prior to the trip and couldn't make it. Switching it to my name was an absolute nightmare. Days of dealing with people that didn't seem to understand what was wrong, insisted that they couldn't allow a third-party to check in even though the third-party had the same last name, the same credit card and the same billing address. They finally allowed it but not until less than 24 hours ahead of time, and it was a major stress on my end of it. The condo was absolutely beautiful though, and I would highly recommend it. I had a wonderful night sleep!

Personal issue, I drive a larger truck, had to park on the curb around the corner from the apartment.

This is a hard one. The Place is furnished in minimalist Ikea but was in good shape, in fact most things looked new. beyond a place to lay your head there was not much character to the place. It met the minimum requirements to stay while adding nothing more. There ARE 2 coffee shops within walking distance.

Location was really bad and tucked into a industrial area with a lumberyard on one side and a nursing home on the other. It is about 17 blocks from old town, too far to walk. The area around it was not a place you'd want to go for a walk although I never felt unsafe. Beyond the normal booking stuff you would need to do, there is a multipage docusign contract you are required to sign. They also ask you to put a CC number and details on what appears to be an unsecure site. Sketchy so I didn't do it. Compared to all the multitude of places I stayed this is the only one that screamed corporate owned housing.
