Everything, the place is very cozy, comfortable, clean. The streets were clean too. 711 is less than a minute walk away. The owner (I assume) was very nice and welcoming - our water heater did not work and they bought new replacement unit instead, it didn’t bother us at all.
None.

we enjoyed a very well thought through design and overall convenience. the instructions were perfect and communication spotless.
the rooms are brand new, very nicely decorated, all clean and convenient.
we stayed in both triple and quadruple rooms and enjoyed the bigger one more as it gave more space. however both rooms were very cute.
we will definitely be coming back
