Host very polite on texting. Easy texts to access property with codes given before arrival check in at 3pm. Amazing spacious comfortable caravan. Was very impressed by the size of all the bedrooms and space to put your clothes and store things away. Front room area was cosy even in such a large space. WiFi was very poor, but you are by the beach. Lovley wrap around decking area with table and chairs to sit. All bedrooms clean and tidy and both bathrooms spotless. Front room and kitchen clean and tidy on arrival but on further inspection the cutlery and other kitchen items, plates, pot and pans etc needed to be cleaned before used as dirty. Caravan easy to find and access.

Across from the fair, which we already read on booking but was not expecting it to be as loud as it was, if you like peace and quiet in the evenings this is not for you. Cleaner kitchen ustensils and more kitchen ware like a jug, cheese grater etc.

Very spacious, good sized beds and well facilitated.

Wifi speed was not good.

Really nice stay. Really clean

Nothing.

Fantastic lodge in a prime location for a family break. It’s literally opposite the fairground so if you want a peaceful place this is not for you. However if you want to be right in the middle of everything, this place is perfect for you.

Nothing, the lodge is brilliant.
