The amazing staff and interns, the cleanliness, the value of money for the room, the location! Everyone was so attentive and as a solo traveler I felt very safe! Also, owners (wife and husband) very nice and welcoming!
I stayed almost 3 weeks and I would say during that time there were probably 4/5 days WiFi was hit or miss. So altogether, I don’t think it was that bad especially since their WiFi was fast speed!

The rooftop restaurant was the highlight of my stay.. the staff and service were second to none.
Have to call staff to activate shower hot water and only 1 key has been given so the room wasn't cool upon arrival.

Friendly staff.
Location is a bit in the middle of a residential area. Not many things available close by. It was good to stay a night. I wouldn’t stay more than that.
TV was quite hard to make it work, as it was in Chinese. But staff came upstairs to help.
There was a karaoke going on very loud in the hotel.
