It was spotlessly clean and although small the room was perfect. My bag and shoes fitted perfectly under the bed and there was space to hang items. It also had a fridge and Aircon. The bedding was decent quality, the bed and pillows were very comfortable and the shower had excellent pressure. The coffee, water and washing machine were ideal.

If you want to stay in cozy and comfortable place in Seoul. Greenestay is perfect place! We stay with family in spacious room on the second floor with everything what we needed! Also want to say about style of all place is gorgeous! Love it! Beds are very comfortable! Next time when I go to Seoul I will stay here again 100%!

新堂駅の4番出口から1分ほどなので駅近で良い。市場や飲食店も多いので韓国語の会話に困らない方であれば日本の下町のような雰囲気でより楽しめるとも思う。
都内1Kに住む一人暮らし友人宅に泊まりに来た雰囲気だと思えば想像がしやすいかも‥
こじんまりとしているが、共有スペースも清潔感があった。
東大門まで徒歩15分くらいなので、時間に余裕があれば散策しながらの移動も楽しめる
蛇口に対して洗面台が小さいため足元が濡れやすい。
入り口の木の階段は2段しか無いが、高さがあるためスーツケースが大きい場合は少し上げづらい。
立地に関しては仕方ないが、近隣にコーヒーショップが多い割にコンビニは少なめ。
