Eternity Athens

A great location and comfortable room. The lady at reception was very friendly and helpful .

Breakfast was a bit disappointing

Fantastic location right in the heart of the Plaka neighborhood. Very close to the Acropolis, shopping and restaurants. The breakfast was very good, staff was friendly and the hotel had a great range of facilities. Rooms were very nice and comfortable with good A/C. Staff was very friendly and helpful. We accidentally left some clothes there when we left and the hotel was able to find them and send them to us at another hotel.

Online communication with the hotel could have been better - when I would message a front desk staff member they would give a response but then later another one (another shift) would have no context and no access to the conversation history - I would have to repeat the entire history of the conversation again for each new staff member I was communicating with.

Extremely clean , quiet , at the center and very polite staff. Reception desk personnel very special.

Nothing as all was really good.

1. Varieties & high quality 2. Helpful receptionist - very quick in responding & solving the queries 3. Good location

1. Overall experience Definitely not up to five-star standards—four stars at the lower end would be more appropriate. The breakfast canteen was the highlight of the stay and improved the overall experience a lot. 2. Location The location is convenient, but there are a couple of drawbacks. The hotel is next to a rubbish collection point, so you may encounter some mess and unpleasant smells on collection days. There’s also a church nearby whose bells start ringing at 7 am. If you’re used to European time and an early riser, this might not be an issue. However, if you’ve just landed from a different time zone, the early morning bells can feel like a bit of a nightmare (5am UK time!)
