I really liked the location of the apartment. It is far enough from the city center to avoid the noise, but still close enough to walk there. The sidewalk is not available everywhere, but personally I did not find this to be a problem. The apartment itself was very cozy, bright and clean. I really enjoyed staying there.

The main disappointment was the spa/sauna. It was listed among the additional facilities, but it is actually located in a neighbouring building. We were charged an additional 6,000 RSD for two people, which would have been fine if the facilities had been in good condition. Unfortunately, the spa was quite dirty and poorly maintained. There are no keys for the lockers in the changing rooms, so you have to leave your belongings at your own risk. The light sensor in the changing room also kept turning off while we were getting changed, so we had to wave our hands around in the dark to turn the light back on. The showers in both the men's and women's changing rooms only had cold water. The spa itself includes a hammam, a salt room, a mineral room, a Finnish sauna, a jacuzzi and a small swimming pool. The hammam worked properly, and the salt and mineral rooms were fine. However, the Finnish sauna did not get warmer than about 35°C. We were told by other guests who had visited before that this had already happened to them several times, so it does not seem to be a temporary issue. There are also three showers near the spa rooms, but they only provide freezing cold water with one shower setting. The jacuzzi and swimming pool were also far too cold to be comfortable. Overall, apart from the hammam, salt room and mineral room, most of the facilities were not functioning properly or were not comfortable to use. Considering the additional price, I would recommend avoiding the spa.

Прекрасно искуство во Ilic Prestige Wellness & Spa – Златибор! Поминавме една недела која ќе ја паметиме долго! Сместувањето беше беспрекорно чисто, уредно и комфорно – вистински дом далеку од дома. Комуникацијата со домаќините беше одлична, секогаш достапни, љубезни и спремни да помогнат за сè што ни требаше. Се чувствувавме добредојдени од првиот момент. Апартманот е целосно опремен со сите потребни кујнски елементи. Пријатно нè изненади тоа што беа оставени кафе, шеќер ,чај, детергент за садови итн. Сè беше чисто и уредно, со чисти пешкири, сапун и други основни потреби. Одличен престој и топла препорака. Wellness & spa делот е совршен за одмор и релаксација, а целата атмосфера – мирна и пријатна. Не би менувале ништо – сè беше на највисоко ниво! Повторно да можеме да одбираме би се вратиле во овој апартман. Топло го препорачувам Ilic Prestige на сите кои сакаат вистински одмор, удобност и неверојатно гостопримство. 🌟
