Malý útulný byt, který měl všechno. Vše čisté a musím ocenit komunikaci s majitelem. Vždy odpovídal rychle a byl nám velice nápomocný.

It was quiet, clean, with a good little kitchen area. There was a cooling unit, but we preferred not to use it. There are lovely ice creams for sale in the same road.

Had a heart in the mouth moment when we couldn't open the door despite following the video instructions on the App! They use the word lever, but in England, we'd probably say the door knob. It's in the centre of the door. If you don't pull it, you'll just hear the lock whirring and the door won't open. It was in the middle of the heatwave so we weren't at our best!

Great location, close to the metro, many restaurants and shopping.

The location of the studio was excellent and very convenient for exploring Paris.

Our experience did not match what was advertised. Many of the amenities were listed, but in reality they were provided in extremely limited quantities or not at all. We were two people staying for 5 nights, and there was only two rolls of toilet paper. Hand sanitizer was listed as an amenity but was not provided. There was a wardrobe, but no hanging rail or place to hang clothes, so we had to keep our clothes on chair. No housekeeping or replenishment of supplies was provided during our stay. There were also two days of construction work in the building, which caused noise, although we were out for most of the day. On the first day, we discovered that a large amount of water leaked from under the bathroom door whenever we showered, making it very difficult to use the bathroom. We reported it immediately and explained that we could not comfortably stay in the apartment if we couldn’t shower properly. The issue was fixed within 24 hours, which we appreciated. However, because we had to use the towels to dry the bathroom floor, we ran short on towels. We contacted the host four times through Booking.com and WhatsApp to request extra towels and more toilet paper, but we received no response. The building has a lot of stairs, and the old-style staircase makes carrying luggage quite inconvenient. Finally, the dark-colored towels in different sizes and the dark bedding did not give a clean or fresh impression.
