We liked the quiet area but still walkable to everything. Dinner and food options were fantastic, with local pubs close by with good food plus loads of restaurants only a couple of minutes walk. Tube access was great, Circle, Hammersmith and Bakerloo lines. The bed was comfortable but I think it was double bed with a couple of pillow choices, light and bright with good block out blinds for night.
This is not a “not like” but attention should be made to the fourth floor no lift. Also we couldn’t seem to get hot water in the hand basin in the bathroom.
