Beautiful decor. Comfortable.
The TV is not really functional - requires paid subscription.

На самом деле все отлично. Расположение, цена, вся необходимая техника, чистота и уют. Мои 5 дней, вернее ночей прошли с удовольствием.
Все было на отличном уровне. Немного посторонних звуков днем.

The bed is great, the apartment is beautiful and well-equipped, and the fact that it has a kitchen with everything you gonna need is awesome. The building is new, so you may hear construction noises during daytime, but otherwise it's quiet. There are many options for a nice breakfast nearby, as well as grocery and drug stores.
While cooking, a lot of steam condenses on a wall behind the stove, even if the hood's ventilation is on. While showering, a minor amount of water leaks to the bathroom's floor.
