Clean, comfortable and great location. Everything we needed for a 4 day stay.
Minor problem with WiFi early on but they fixed it after we let them know of the issue.

Very nicely maintained with a lovely back patio view of the bay. Delicious and convenient coffee shop directly down the steps. In the heart of Ptown with shops and restaurants right out the door; but quiet once in the apt.
Parking: loading and unloading the car . Had to walk several blocks with luggage which was hard.
